Selected work / Websites

Websites that do a job.

A website should have a job. Take the booking. Explain the offer. Fill the class. These projects show how the design follows the purpose, with room for a few experiments along the way.

01 Guide service

Live

Baxstar Fishing.

Sells private guided trips. Season, day and group size price the trip right on the page, and the booking lands in FareHarbor. Reviews, the boat and the fishing report are one tap away.

  • Dynamic pricing from one Google Sheet
  • FareHarbor takes the booking
  • Built with Claude Code

02 Product site

Live

The Boat.

Walks a guest through the Vexus DVX 20S bow to stern as they scroll, so they know exactly what they’re stepping onto before they book. The homepage walkthrough is me narrating this page.

  • Scroll-driven, one file
  • Real specs, real photos
  • Built with Claude Code

03 Rental business

Live

Baxstar Outdoors.

Rents pontoons by the week and books lake cruises, with the boat delivered to the lake the guest is staying on. It replaced a Wix site in September; bookings still land in FareHarbor, and check-in happens on a phone at the dock.

  • Replaced Wix, Sep 2026
  • GitHub Pages, free hosting
  • Pontoon Check-In app behind it

04 Class page

Live

AI, FOR REAL.

Built to sell seats for a four-evening AI course: what you learn, who teaches it, and one button to book. Classes are paused for now, so the page is live and waiting for the next date.

  • Rendered classroom images, labelled as renders
  • One offer, one button

05 Workshop page

Live

AI, FOR WORK.

A one-offer page for a 90-minute business workshop: the problem, what you leave with, the date, and the register button. Built to sell twelve seats, not to explain AI.

  • One offer, one button
  • Built with Claude Code

06 Website concept · built in ChatGPT

Concept

Raise it. Don’t replace it.

A redesign study for a concrete-lifting company: services up front, before-and-after project comparisons, a diagram of how lifting works, and an estimate request within one scroll. Four layouts were built; this is Option C.

  • Built in ChatGPT
  • Four layout options
  • Estimate request in one scroll

A design study, not the company’s current website.

07 Theme build · built in ChatGPT

Experiment

Speak to the thinking engine.

The prompt lesson from the classes, rebuilt as a Victorian machine: gauges for context and pressure, Retreat and Advance instead of Back and Next, and the same teaching underneath. One of several themes built from one lesson to show that the design can change completely while the lesson doesn’t.

  • Built in ChatGPT
  • Three slides, one lesson
  • Same lesson as the Contemporary build

08 Theme build · built in ChatGPT

Experiment

Talk to AI like a person.

The same three-slide lesson as the Steampunk build, in a clean orbital style: give AI a useful job, real details and a clear finish line, with Role, Task, Details and Format running along the bottom. Same content, different costume.
